Privacy and site data

What the current informational website does, what its server may log, and how external links differ from the future Cloud concept.

Information for the current static website. Updated 21 October 2026. This page does not replace a service-specific privacy notice or identify a contractual data controller. If Cloud launches, its service terms and data-processing information must be separately verified and published before activation.

1. Scope of the website

liosfera.com currently presents LIOSFERA software products and documentation. Its published static pages do not provide account registration, payments, an on-site contact form or user-file uploads.

2. Technical server logs

To serve pages and diagnose failures, the web server may process standard request details such as IP address, access time, requested URL, browser information and HTTP status. Retention and operational practices require separate review if the service model changes.

3. External websites and contact

Links may lead to LIO CMS, LIO Mail and official third-party technical resources. Each external site operates under its own terms. Messages sent to LIOSFERA support are stored in the domain mail system and temporarily forwarded to Gmail for support handling. Do not send passwords or sensitive customer data without arranging a secure channel.

4. Analytics and future Cloud

The current static product pages do not include Cloud enrollment or an active paid subscription form. The proposed Cloud monitoring service is not connected as a live offering. Do not assume future Cloud data flows, privacy terms or international transfers have already been approved.

5. Administrator-only Google Drive integration

LIOSFERA Backups uses an administrator-authorized OAuth connection for temporary website archives. A separate data-use notice explains the access scope, private token storage and retention. This is not a public file-upload service.

6. Questions

For questions about LIOSFERA products or the publisher website, email or visit the support page. Do not share passwords or customer information in an initial message.
